Wohn + Stadtbau Wohnungsunternehmen der Stadt Münster GmbH intends to build on plots 01, 02 and 03 as well as 06 in the so-called Moldrickx Quartier, on the 3rd construction phase in Münster-Kinderhaus. The type and scope comprise 9 apartments and an underground garage (KfW 40 energy standard) for building 01, 22 apartments and an underground car park (KfW 40 energy standard) for buildings 02 and 03 and building 06 with 16 apartments (KfW 40 energy standard). The planning services for the four buildings are to be awarded to one client in a single procedure (divided into three business units). Within the framework of this award procedure, the specialist planning services of the open space planning are procured in accordance with §§ 38 ff. HOAI (LP 1-9).
