Planning services Service phases 3 to 9 according to HOAI 2021 and special services, specialist planning of engineering structures and transport facilities.
The BPOL Fuhlendorf property requires additional building space. The need for personnel additions is implemented, among other things, through new buildings, extensions and demolition of buildings. Around 8 individual partial construction measures are planned and structurally implemented for the planning services in the aforementioned property. The individual sub-construction phases are generally planned at the same time. Construction must be carried out during operation and in consultation with the Federal Police; further descriptions are described in section II.2.4 of this announcement.

All construction work must be carried out during ongoing operation of the Federal Police. Due to the very limited storage and construction site equipment space and the necessary operational readiness, the construction work cannot be carried out simultaneously. The timing of the individual construction measures must be coordinated between the federal police, GMSH and the planning offices involved.
Information about the possible planned construction process:
• TB 4 Adjustment of car parking spaces and a truck carport (civil engineering and traffic facilities)
• TB 1 extension of the helicopter storage hall building
• TB 2 New construction of the guard building building building building 2 at the entrance to the property
TB 6: New replacement building for ZVA building 6 and infrastructure (Ing.- Bau) and TB 8: New construction of a flight simulator building 9
• TB 5 Conversion and expansion of the service building building 5
• TB 3: Conversion and expansion of the service premises in the flight operations hall building 2/3
• TB 7: Conversion and expansion of the service space for driving readiness
The supply and disposal lines as well as the necessary traffic routes can only be established in sections. The individual sections depend on the respective degree of completion of the buildings.
The same applies to the production of the unattached surfaces.
