The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste collected on the premises of all properties where residents live, including inhabited properties built-up with summer houses, located within the administrative boundaries of the city and commune of Ślesin

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in point 4.2 of Annex 1 to the ToR, collected on the premises of all real estate on which residents reside, including residential real estate built-up with summer houses, located within the administrative boundaries of the city and the Ślesin commune in accordance with the provisions:

- Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities,

- Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodship,

- Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Ślesin.

2) The scope of the subject of the contract includes throughout the entire duration of the contract, collection from real estate on which residents reside and their development:

1) mixed unsorted municipal waste collected in containers or bags (containers for mixed waste are provided by the owner of the property, the Contractor provides bags for receiving mixed waste)

2) municipal waste collected selectively in bags or containers, including:

1) paper and cardboard,

2) glass,

3) multi-material packaging,

4) plastics,

5) biodegradable waste,

6) metals,

7) ash and slag from household furnaces

(bags for selective waste collection are provided by the Contractor, a container for ash and slag from household furnaces is provided by the owner of the property),

3) bulky waste

4) waste electrical and electronic equipment.

3) The subject of the contract also includes:

a) Organization and operation of PSZOK Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, the location of which should be agreed in advance with the Employer

Two Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points will be conducted in Ślesin City and Commune. One in the city of Ślesin, the other in Licheń Stary or nearby.

4) The Employer requires organizing in May and October 2019 throughout the municipality after prior agreement with the Contractor based on the schedule regarding the date and place of the Municipal Mobile Waste Collection Point.

5) a detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
