The subject of the procedure and procurement is to develop, provide and implement a language platform system to enable students with disabilities to participate in English classes by accessing knowledge and distance learning resources while in any place, time and pace.

The subject of the procedure and procurement is to develop, provide and implement a language platform system to enable students with disabilities to participate in English classes by accessing knowledge and distance learning resources while in any the place, time and pace hereinafter referred to as 'the subject of the procution' or 'System' or abbreviated 'SPJ'.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

(a) execution of the Pre-Implementation Analysis and delivery of a pilot version of the System,

(b) the development and implementation of the System at the Contracting Authority with the provision of the necessary components (in particular the provision and granting of software licenses), which will meet all the requirements described in the SWZ, in particular the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (SOPZ- Annex 1A to SWZ) and the Designed Terms of the Agreement (PPU — Annex 2 to SWZ);

(c) carrying out training services in the field of service and administration of the System;

(d) granting a guarantee to the Contracting Party;

e) providing Service Care / Warranty Service to ensure the proper operation of the System in accordance with its intended purpose, consisting in maintaining and servicing the System;

f) preparation and delivery of Documentation to the Ordering Party;

Meanings of words, expressions, abbreviations, etc. written in capital letter should also be sought in the proposed Agreement Terms of Annex 2 to SWZ (especially in § 1 PPU — Definitions).

A detailed description and scope of the object of the order is set out in Annex No 1A to SWZ “Detailed description of the object of the order”.

The detailed conditions and method of execution of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ — the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as the 'Draft Agreement').

The Ordering Party requires a guarantee / provision of Warranty Service Services for the System described in detail in Annex 1A to the SWZ for the period indicated therein. Details of the guarantee, warranty and related benefits are included in Annex 1A to the SWZ and in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
