The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber, seed and selection, tree care, maintenance of forest facilities, nature protection and nursery to be carried out in Forestry Forest District in 2022. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
