The Contract concerns the supply of road salt for the purpose of combating slipperiness of two independent entities to this tender, namely the municipality of Eindhoven and the Joint Cleaning Scheme Blink (hereinafter: Blink). Blink is responsible for the execution of cleaning tasks at the participating municipalities of Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Nuenen.

Purchase of Road salt takes place on the basis of quantities purchased per support point.
