The purpose of the agreement is the contracting of a service for the execution and implementation of the Galician, national and international media plan for the Galician Tourism Agency for one year, with the intention of promoting the natural, cultural and gastronomic resources of Galicia among the population.
The purpose of the framework agreement includes, in name, the implementation of a strategy and media plan, including its implementation and subsequent quantitative and qualitative justification.

The services to be performed, as well as the conditions and duties required to perform the services covered by this framework agreement, will be those contained in the specifications of particular administrative clauses and technical prescriptions.
The object of the framework agreement will include:
- Costs of the Strategy, research, planning, execution, justification and evaluation of the Media campaigns during the term of the framework agreement.
- Cost of the acquisition of advertising space in all media/supports, as determined. This section includes all expenses, fees and taxes arising from the purchase of advertising space.
Taking into account the duration of the framework agreement and depending on the dissemination and communication needs, it is planned to carry out a minimum of five waves, with regional, national and international impact, throughout the period of validity:
- Tourism promotion of Galicia in summer: enhancing the tourist interest of Galicia during the summer period of 2024.
- Tourism promotion of Galicia in international digital media.
- Raising awareness and welcoming visitors: internal awareness campaign to offer a good deal to tourists who visit our community.
- Promotion of specific tourism products during the autumn.
- Tourism promotion of Galicia during the spring: enhancing the gastronomic and tourist interest of Galicia during the spring of 2025
