The contract consists of the appointment of an architect or a team of project authors responsible for a complete project authoring mission including the study and monitoring of the execution aimed at the energy renovation of 72 houses. Three bedroom single family homes located in La Cité Blanche at 7110 Maurage.

This market is divided into three segments:

- a firm phase: technical and financial feasibility study of the project;

- a conditional phase 1: study of the project in different lots;

- a conditional phase 2: monitoring of execution.

The contract includes a possible renewal within the meaning of article 57, paragraph 2, of the law of 17.6.2016 for a similar mission aimed at the energy renovation of a set of 86 single-family houses at the Cité du Bocage in La Louvière.
