The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for a turnkey contract for Lunde School.

The project comprises an expansion of the buildings with a new building of approx. 2790 m2, as well as the demolition, renovation, and alteration of the existing buildings. In addition to this, the school playground and car park are to be changed, and the artificial grass pitch is to be renovated.

The project comprises an expansion of the buildings at Lunde School with a new building of approx. 2790 m2 that will house, amongst other things, classrooms, areas for wraparound care (SFO), food and health, library, canteen with a large kitchen, large activity hall with changing rooms, science rooms, culture arena, and an expanded music room with large storage areas to meet the brass band's needs, as well as meeting rooms and a kiosk/kitchen for the sports team, and areas for the health visitor.

The existing buildings A and B are to be renovated and altered to include four classrooms, areas for arts and craft, as well as new office workplaces for employees and personnel rooms.

The existing wraparound care (SFO) building, as well as the building that includes the existing gym hall, woodwork room, and teacher workplaces, are to be demolished.

The total area of the school after the development will be approx. 5764 m2.

Externally, amongst other things, the school playground is to be upgraded with new surfaces, activity areas, and the renovation of the artificial grass pitch.

The car park is to be changed with a new entrance and, amongst other things, a new drop-off/collect loop.

Lunde is a primary school. The school is to be built for approx. 300 pupils.
