The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition of stationery supplies, manual work, games and educational materials for schools (school and extracurricular activities) of member municipalities as well as for the CCAS of Rillieux-la-Pape as part of its educational success program.

It covers stationery products, educational materials, materials for handicrafts, educational and educational toys and games, and computer consumables and materials. It does not cover purchases, for early childhood, school books and school furniture.

It is specified here; that in the execution phase, each member of the group is responsible for its own orders.

The minimum order amount is EUR 266,000.00 excluding tax. The order amount for the initial contract and for each renewal is limited to EUR 965,000.00 excluding tax.

The minimum and maximum amounts of expenses excluding VAT for each member of the grouping over each period of the contract; i.e. two years are as follows:

- city of Craponne: minimum amount: 25,000 EUR excluding VAT, maximum amount: 110,000 EUR excluding VAT;

- city of Dardilly: minimum amount: 40,000 EUR excluding VAT, maximum amount: 90,000 EUR excluding VAT;

- city of Grigny: minimum amount: EUR 40,000 excluding VAT, maximum amount: EUR 200,000 excluding VAT;

- town of Oullins: minimum amount: EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, maximum amount: EUR 200,000 excluding VAT.

- town of Rillieux-la-Pape: minimum amount: 100,000 EUR excluding VAT, maximum amount: 300,000 EUR excluding VAT;

- CCAS of Rillieux-la-Pape: minimum amount: EUR 1,000 excluding VAT, maximum amount: EUR 30,000 excluding VAT;

- town of Saint-Genis-les-Ollières: minimum amount: 10,000 EUR excluding VAT, maximum amount: 35,000 EUR excluding VAT.
