The award relates to the offer of ICT services for ODA.

More specifically, it involves mainly offering services in the area called “managed ICT infrastructure”. The subjects or services are listed in detail below. As an authority, ODA attaches importance to the integrated and process-based delivery of these services, as well as to related governance.

Recurring ICT services in environmental management

Requirements: ICT services relating to specific technological fields:

- data center services,

- network services,

- security-related services,

- services relating to identity and access management - (IAM) / services relating to identification and authentication,

- services relating to e-mail, agenda and contact persons,

- services relating to communication, collaboration and teamwork: instant messaging, audio and video calls.

Online meetings, mobile experiences, web conferences

- services relating to the intranet and extranets,

- hosting of Internet site (s) for the general public / hosting of portal (s) / services relating to a DMZ,

- file services,

- print services,

- database services,

- services relating to the hosting of central applications,

- services relating to end user devices that are managed / CYOD,

- VPN (Virtual Private Network) related services for end user devices that are managed,

- services relating to a management console for central application providers (jumphost),

Unique services to achieve the to-be situation: projects

The lot includes projects and changes to achieve the services described in lot 1; it is first of all a "lift & shift" project (if the new service provider is different from the current service provider), with small improvement projects to reach the level of service described in the lot 1.

ICT profiles, ICT tasks and future projects

Lot 3 concerns ICT profiles that are likely to be called upon during the project. There are also well-defined ICT tasks that can be on the agenda during the project. Finally, in lot 3, we are focusing on possible future ICT projects that can be implemented within the framework of the contract.
