The contract includes the renewal/alteration of existing water and sewage pipelines, as well as the establishment of a run-off system for surface water. In addition a new foot and cycle path is to be developed. In addition the flood road/stream from Kleppevannet is to be upgraded.

The project goes along the municipal road in Kvernhusdalen, from the subway on county road 562 in the south to the new housing project at Bjørkeligvegen in the north.

The section is approx. 600m and the goal is, amongst other things, to have a safe route to school for children in Lønvarden who go to Kleppe School.

The project will be carried out as a general contract, NS 8406 with changes.

A site inspection will be held in accordance with the point in the tender documentation.
