The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Municipality of the City of Koszalin together with organizational units, cultural institutions, municipal companies and other entities.

1) The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity determined, in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards – Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system – for the Municipality of Koszalin together with organizational units, cultural institutions, municipal companies and other entities.

2) The subject matter of the contract is specified in Chapter II of the Terms of Use and in the draft agreement with an annex contained in Chapter V of the Terms of Reference.
