The subject of the contract is the replacement of vertical sorters on LX1 - LX4 lines in Terminal A at Warsaw Chopin Airport, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract and the provision of quality guarantee services in accordance with the Draft provisions of the contract.

The task is to replace the 4 VSU vertical sorters installed at Chopin Airport on LX1-LX4 lines, along with dismantling and disposing of the old device. The vsU introductory conveyors will also be upgraded, which must be integrated systemically into the existing LX line. Correction of the operator's decision points for LX1, LX2, LX3 and LX4 lines will be required at the PLC level for the line in question. The necessary modifications of the industrial automation system and the SCADA system will be made.

New devices must be made in a standard compatible with the currently installed devices in the BHS system in zone AB and the new part of the CDE zone - Daifuku Logan model 595.

The implementation consists of the design part and the implementation of the modernization of the LX1-LX4 line. The Tenderer shall provide together with the offer a Detailed Price Form broken down into at least:

- the value of the equipment,

- the value of labour,

- the value of the necessary modifications to the existing conveyors of the BHS system (if any),

- the value of the work related to the modification of the control and power supply system,

- the value of works related to the modification of PLC software,

- the value of works related to the modification of the SCADA system,

- the cost of documentation.

After signing the Agreement, the Contractor shall, within 10 working days, provide the Ordering Party with HRF (material and financial schedule) for the entire scope of works covered by the contract.
