Please note that confirmation of funding for the school for this project will be announced on 14.12.2012, whereby the deadline for spend is 31.3.2012.

If the school does not get confirmation of funding at this time they will bid again and will get confirmation of funds in April 2013, whereby the timescale of this project will be amended accordingly.

This tender is being let at this time, with a timescale of completion for 31.3.2012. Confirmation of these timescales will be made after 14.12.2012.

The contracting authority (Beaumont School) reserves the right not to conclude the procurement process for any reason and will not be liable for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses.
