The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation and the execution of construction works on its basis for the investment task entitled: "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the City of Otwock – I stage" and "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the City of Otwock – II stage" as part of the budget task entitled "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the City of Otwock" in the "design and build" formula.

The subject of the contract is: preparation of complete design documentation and execution of construction works on its basis for the investment task entitled: "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the City of Otwock – I stage" and "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the City of Otwock – II stage" as part of the budget task entitled "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the City of Otwock" in the "design and build" formula.

Within the scope of work, the Contractor:

1) make complete design documentation, covering stages I and II, on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter also referred to as: PFU) and ensure author's supervision over the implementation of construction works.

2) perform all activities related to the execution of the object, taking into account the division of the performance of the subject of the contract into stages, parts and scopes, in particular:

a) construction works consisting in the demolition of the existing infrastructure of the facility, preparation of the area, construction of an indoor swimming pool facility with accompanying infrastructure and technological installations and equipment,

b) internal roads and pavements, elements of small architecture and greenery,

c) delivery and installation of equipment and furniture including sports equipment,

(d) commissioning of all equipment in accordance with the approved design documentation,

3) make as-built documentation;

4) transfer to the Ordering Party the economic copyrights to the project documentation and to the as-built documentation;

5) provide a guarantee and warranty and provide free service and maintenance in the scope of construction works performed;

6. provide a guarantee for the accompanying infrastructure under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.

The subject of the contract will be performed in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and construction art, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and on the terms agreed with the Contractor on the basis of the contract.
