The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a maxi-class hydrogen bus to operate the public transport line.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a maxi class hydrogen bus to operate the public transport line.

2. The scope of the order includes:

2.1. Purchase and delivery of 1 (word: one) of factory new art i.e. produced not earlier than 12 months before delivery, non-operated, low-floor, single-member 12 m maxi class hydrogen bus equipped with hydrogen fuel cells with additional equipment and completion compliant with the specification of the conditions of the contract together with the annexes, adapted for the transport of disabled persons

2.2. Purchase and supply of 1 piece of mobile charger included in the equipment of a bus with a power greater than or equal to 20 kW with parameters in accordance with the technical specification of the hydrogen bus - Annex No 1 to the SWZ intended for charging the battery on a hydrogen bus referred to in point. 2.1.

2.3. Delivery of 1 spare wheel for the Bus;

2.4. The delivery of towing hooks, one at the front and rear of the bus and the towing attachment connectors (allowing the rigid lobby to be fixed in front of the bumper, if anticipated);

2.5. The manufacture of stickers and adhesion of the Bus and the low-power mobile charger in accordance with the project promotion rules and the guidelines of the contracting authority presented at the stage of preparing the relevant markings, and the additional delivery of 1 set of spare stickers for the vehicle and the charger.

4.3. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order specifies:

3.1. Annex 1 to SWZ- Technical specification of hydrogen bus;

3.2. Annex 1 to the Technical Specification of Hydrogen Bus- Detailed requirements for the functionality of the passenger information system;

3.3. Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specification of Hydrogen Bus- Model upholstery;

3.4. Annex No. 3 to the Technical Specification of Hydrogen Bus- Description of the operating data.
