1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a municipal waste collection service from property owners in the city of Szczecinek in accordance with the provisions on:

1.1. collection of mixed municipal waste and collected in a selective manner from owners of residential and mixed real estate, i.e. including residential and uninhabited parts, in the city of Szczecinek,

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a municipal waste collection service from property owners in the city of Szczecinek in accordance with the provisions on:

1.1. collection of mixed municipal waste and collected in a selective manner from owners of residential and mixed real estate, i.e. including residential and uninhabited parts, in the city of Szczecinek,

1.2. transport and transfer of mixed municipal waste and biodegradable waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Wardyń Górny (Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o in Wardyniu Górny) for the eastern region, in accordance with the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022 from taking into account the perspectives for 2023-2028, which is a Commercial Law Company whose shareholders are only municipalities from the Eastern region created in Resolution No. XVIII / 322/16 of the West Pomeranian Provincial Assembly of 27.12.2016 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship on 2016-2022 taking into account the perspectives for 2023-2028 (Official Journal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship from 2017, item 445, as amended),

1.3. transfer of other municipal waste collected and collected in a selective manner to waste recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended) or independent management, in accordance with applicable regulations and the principle of proximity,

1.4. emptying containers for batteries and accumulators placed in public facilities and other public places, as well as containers for expired medicines arranged in pharmacies,

1.5. collection of bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment,

1.6. furnishing residential and mixed real estate with waste containers

Mixed municipal and containers or bags for collecting waste collected in a selective manner during the contract period:

- glass,

- paper and cardboard,

- plastics, metals and multi-material packaging,

- biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste.
