The subject of the contract is the provision of a Contract Engineer service, i.e. performing activities related to the preparation, management, control, supervision, financial settlement of construction and co-financing for the Investment Project: "Expansion of the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz by the 4th circle with parking infrastructure".

The subject of the contract is the provision of a Contract Engineer service, i.e. performing activities related to the preparation, management, control, supervision, financial settlement of construction and co-financing for the Investment Project: "Expansion of the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz by the 4th circle with parking infrastructure".

Under this contract, the Contract Engineer will perform the following activities:

1. Verification activities before initiating public procurement procedures.

2. Verification of design documentation (construction and executive design, STWiOR and other documents required to initiate the procedure). The verification of project documentation is to be carried out in terms of meeting the requirements of the construction law and public procurement law as well as related regulations,

3. Verification of documentation regarding stage mechanical devices, lighting technology, sound system and cinema technologies, purchase of folding seats and grandstands as well as equipment, equipment and furniture.

4. Activities related to the preparation of tender procedures - preparation or verification of the description of the subject of the contract and cost estimates.

5. Control of compliance of costs and financial coordination of project settlements with the terms of the grant agreement concluded by the Employer, if such an agreement is concluded. The contracting authority indicates that as at the date of initiating the procedure, it does not plan to conclude a subsidy contract.

6. Performing the function of an investor supervision inspector within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law.

7. Activities regarding final acceptance of works, supplies and services.

8. Supervision of archaeological works during the implementation of the object.

9. Activities related to comprehensive management of all tasks during the implementation of the Investment, necessary for the proper implementation of this Agreement, contracts with Contractors for works, services and supplies as well as securing the interests of the Employer, in accordance with generally applicable law.

10. Participation and supervision of technological start-ups.

11. Participation in the work of the Project Implementing Unit, if appointed.

12. Representing the Awarding Entity in proceedings for obtaining permission to use the investment.
