BG_1390_EU/23 - Factory overhaul of various axles of the TPz Fuchs

The contract includes the factory repair of various axles of the TPz Fuchs system.Each supply number results in its own specialist lot.The contractor must take into account in the course of the execution of the contract that the information on the respective compartment lots is only an estimate of the requirements derived from the past values as well as any additional requirements (safety surcharge) that may arise. The actual orders made during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the demand quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a subject lot. This may be the case if the estimation requirements derived from the past values - e.g. due to structural changes in the Bundeswehr or lower levels of damage. In any case, the upper limit for each order is the total quantity summarised in the relevant batch. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2025, optionally on 31.12.2026.If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal grounds, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination.
