The Application Consultant with a focus on customizing has extensive knowledge and several years of practical experience in customizing SAP HCM PA/PY. In particular, he is able to record difficult error constellations, especially in the area of payroll accounting (also taking into account customer-specific calculation rules and payroll schemes) and their follow-up activities, as well as to develop, describe/document and implement solutions for troubleshooting. He is able to determine the requirements of the users and to include, describe/document and carry them out in the operational activities of the implementation. He has project experience in public administration. Business fluent German, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

The Application Consultant with a focus on programming has extensive knowledge and several years of practical experience in ABAP/ABAP-OO programming of SAP HCM PA/PY. In particular, he is able to grasp the content of difficult error constellations as well as to develop, describe/document and implement solutions for troubleshooting, and is able to technically describe/document and implement solutions to complex business requirements. He also has knowledge and experience with the generation of SAP print data streams such as SAP Adobe Forms, OTF (Output Text Format), RDI (Raw Data Interface), Smartforms, PDF (Portable Document Format) and ALF (ABAP List Format) using ABAP, SAPscript, SmartForms, etc. Furthermore, he has knowledge of SAP methods and technologies for data exchange between SAP HR and other SAP systems and between SAP HR and non-SAP systems. He has project experience in public administration. Business fluent German, both written and spoken, are required

The Application Consultant with a focus on programming VADM has extensive knowledge and several years of practical experience in ABAP programming of VADM. In particular, he is able to record the content of difficult error constellations and to develop, describe/document and implement solutions for error correction. He has knowledge and experience with the programming of the notices and forms of the various types of transactions in the VADM. Furthermore, he has knowledge of SAP methods and technologies for data exchange between SAP HR and other SAP systems and between SAP HR and non-SAP systems. He has project experience in public administration. Business fluent German, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite.

The Application Consultant with a focus on testing/quality assurance has extensive knowledge and several years of practical experience in SAP HCM PA/PY - Personnel Administration and Payroll. In addition, he has extensive experience in the area of test/quality assurance, in the application of test tools or test procedures and can thus continue or support the conceptual design of the tests of the SAP application and accompany the actual tests. He has project experience in public administration. Business fluent German, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

The Application Consultant with a focus on payroll accounting has extensive knowledge and several years of practical experience in the customization and development of SAP HCM PA/PY. In addition, he has extensive knowledge and practical experience in SAP payroll accounting with the process model. He is also able to record the content of difficult error constellations and to develop, describe/document and implement solutions for troubleshooting. He has project experience in public administration. The application consultant with a focus on payroll is expected to be willing to provide support beyond normal business hours (after 7 p.m.), on weekends and, if necessary, on public holidays. Business fluent German, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

The Senior Consultant has at least 3 years of project management experience in strategic, application-oriented SAP consulting in the SAP HCM PA/PY environment. In addition, he has extensive knowledge and practical experience in SAP HCM PA/PY (also at least 3 years). He has very good knowledge of public administration and basic knowledge of frameworks for IT projects and IT operations (e.g. ITIL, Prince2, Scrum). He is able to support and qualify the managers and other functionaries of SAP CC in the development and establishment of all processes and regulations for the productive support of NRWave and thus enables them to set new impulses together. Negotiable German, both written and spoken, are mandatory.

The core requirement for all the task profiles described above is the coaching approach. This is intended to enable the employees involved on the client side to work on and settle issues independently in the future through appropriate activities of the contractor and to be able to apply the acquired knowledge to similar problems. It is both about training concrete questions and imparting relevant basic and background knowledge.
