The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the collection and management of all municipal waste arising and collected on real estate where residents live and on real estate where residents do not live, and it was decided on the basis of a separate resolution on the collection of municipal waste (Resolution No. XI / 75 / 2015 of the City Council in Łobza of 28.8.2015 on accepting the obligation to collect municipal waste from property owners in the commune of Łobez not inhabited by residents on which municipal waste is generated (Journal of Laws of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship from 2015, item 3790), located within the administrative boundaries of the Łobez commune (area of the commune: 228 km)
