The construction project is a modernization / shell renovation to KfW 55 standard of an existing prefabricated building from 1985. In total, there are a total of 100 residential units with 6 different residential units with different apartment sizes and floor plans.

The bathrooms and sanitary facilities were renovated in the 1990s and remain as they are. The same applies to the installations (e.g. sanitary objects, etc.) in the bathrooms of the apartments.
Of the total of 100 apartments, 15 are vacant apartments ( 1-R-WE) during the construction phase; 1x 3-R-WE and 1x 4-R-WE planned to be renovated/renewed according to the Functional Specifications (FLB). The scope of services required for this is to be taken into account by the Contractor in the main order. If, in the course of the construction project, the renovation of additional vacant apartments
desired by the client, this is done according to the following description (FLB). The reimbursement is then made via the requested EP- of the price list. Within the empty apartment, the complete electrical installation, without central shafts/risers/bathrooms, would then have to be renovated/renewed.
In all other apartments, the partial renovation is carried out in an inhabited state.
