The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the commune of Strzelno from the real estate on which they reside, as well as real estate on which residents do not reside and associated services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 6 to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the municipal waste collection and management service from the area of the Strzelno Commune from the real properties on which they reside, as well as real estate on which residents do not reside, including:

1) conducting selective collection of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited real estate in the following areas: plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, paper, glass, ash, biodegradable waste, including bio-waste

2) collection of construction and demolition waste separately collected in an amount not exceeding 1m3 per year from the household

3) collection of furniture and other bulky waste and tires from passenger cars from households 4 times a year. The contractor will notify property owners of the date of collection of this waste from individual properties, no later than 14 days before the planned date of collection.

4) collection of used electronic equipment from households 4 times a year. The contractor will notify property owners of the date of collection of this waste from individual properties, no later than 14 days before the planned date of collection.

5) ordering the area contaminated with waste and other pollutants spilled from containers, sacks, vehicle containers during the service and taking sacks of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste delivered next to the containers

6) purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party of the necessary quantity of bags for selective waste collection for the duration of the contract

7) purchase and delivery to all real estate bags for selective waste collection

8) delivering and placing containers for expired medicines in designated 4 pharmacies, followed by their systematic emptying

9) delivery and installation of containers for used batteries and accumulators in designated 7 public buildings, followed by systematic emptying

10) weighing all municipal waste collected on a verified scale and storing measurement documentation for inspection by the Employer for the duration of the contract

11) timely preparation and submission to the Employer of reports on the performance of the subject of the contract

12) immediate provision of information on the implementation of the contract at each request of the Employer, no later than within 3 days of the request

13) controlling the residents' obligation to selectively collect waste in accordance with OPZ

14) preparation of a complete municipal waste collection schedule in accordance with OPZ

15) having a civil liability insurance policy valid throughout the duration of the contract, relating to the conduct of business, related to the implementation of the subject of the contract for an amount of not less than 1,000,000 (in words: one million zlotys)

16) achieving the assumed levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, recovery by other methods of municipal waste of the following fractions: paper and cardboard, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with art. 3b paragraph 1 and art. 3c paragraph 1 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and implementing regulations to the Act

17) transfer of received unsorted (mixed) municipal waste directly or through a transhipment station referred to in Art. 23 clause 10 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste for municipal installations ensuring waste treatment, referred to in Art. 35 section 6 point 1 of the Waste Act,

18) transfer of separately collected municipal waste directly or through another waste collector to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy as referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste,
