This contract covers both the acquisition of an accounting software, the configuration and implementation of the accounting software, the training of the staff of the Kanal Foundation in this new software as well as the management of maintenance and support.

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law on Public Procurement, with regard to mixed contracts covering both services and supplies, the main object is determined on the basis of the highest value of the estimated values respective supplies or services.

Therefore, this contract is a service contract.

Extension of the contract: by submitting to this contract, the candidate undertakes to extend his offer to the CIVA Foundation, partner of the Kanal Foundation. This extension applies under the same conditions, for the same duration and for the same volumes as those described in these special specifications. This extension may be requested by the CIVA Foundation, according to the latter's needs.
