Safety lighting:

Emergency lighting is to be installed in the stairwells, cellar corridors, elevator anterooms and those on the escape balconies. There are approximately 470 LED safety lights/escape sign lights to be installed. The cables are routed in sheet metal ducts (approx. 600m) in the respective safety lighting section. The feeder (approx. 2,000 m) is set up to maintain its functionality. Every staircase receives an emergency lighting center.

Disassembly of gas pipes (1,100 m) and meters approx. 190 pcs.

Ventilation technology:

Renewal of the strings in a calcium-silicate duct with fire containment in the strand outlet, spiral seam pipe with fire containment in the floor ceiling and constant exhaust air valves, central exhaust fans on the roof
