The purpose of this consultation is to provide services for the organisation of external travel (transport, accommodation, catering) for the staff of the SDIS of Pas-De-Calais. This is a service market. Pursuant to Articles L2113-10, L2125-1 and R 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement, not allocated (the services can not be split) to purchase orders, with minimum and maximum amount. This is a framework agreement of services, without reopening competition, single-awarding which will be executed gradually by the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions defined in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Thus, the services will be executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders as needed.
