Swan Housing Association Limited (Swan) wishes to procure Grounds Maintenance Contracts for the provision of a range of grounds maintenance services to properties managed by Swan. The services to be provided under the Contracts include:

Grass cutting.

Shrubs, flower beds, boarders, planters and hedges.

Hard standing car parks, estate roads and pedestrian walkways.

Trees.

Any other related works or services.

There will be four Contracts, one for each Contract Lot. Each Contract Lot will cover a different geographic region. These Contract Lots and their estimated value are set out in Annex B of this Notice, and are further detailed in the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for this procurement.

It is envisaged that the Contracts with the successful contractor(s) will each last for an initial period of 3 years, with up to two 1 yearly extensions at Swans sole discretion, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
