The contract is a public service contract with the purpose of designating a project author (landscape architecture-architecturist and urban planner) to study and carry out the works of requalification and redevelopment of Place Van Meenen, Avenue Adolphe Demeur and partially on Rue de Savoie.

The mission is to design, study and monitor the realization of the complete redevelopment of Place Van Meenen including Avenue Adolphe Demeur and a partial redevelopment of Rue de Savoie in order to make it a quality public space meeting current and future expectations of its users and to revitalize an entire neighbourhood.

This mission brings together a large number of issues with various themes and scales, which have been summarized into two categories: general/transversal objectives and specific intentions per thematic. A non-exhaustive overview of the various issues can be found below. A more detailed description of the mission can be found in the technical clauses of this specification.
