Gloucestershire College is seeking expressions of interest from Contractors to complete the design and undertake the construction works known as the Royal Forest of Dean (RFD) Campus.

The works will cover the construction of a new college campus c7000 square metres, comprising two storeys, including associated car parking, drainage and external works.

The project will be let on a contract based on the JCT Design and Build Contract 2011 Edition with an intention to achieve as BREEAM Excellent rating or equivalent. The expected construction phase will be 13 months to allow Gloucestershire College to use the building mid August 2015.

It is the intention to novate Gloucestershire Colleges design team to the successful contractor.
