this contract is of the PFI type (Lump sum benefit with profit-sharing) concerns the following services:

- the production and distribution of heat for hot water heating,

- the production of heat for the heating of domestic hot water

- ancillary driving and maintenance services (water treatment heating and sanitary, meters, unit heaters, CTA, VMC, transmitters, etc ...)

- air conditioning

He understands :

- P2: provision of services relating to the maintenance and water treatment of heating and domestic hot water installations

- P3: Major maintenance services, renewal and total guarantee of installations. A work program is included in the market to replace +25 year old generators and +20 year burners.

This is a Flat-rate Profit-Sharing (P.F.I.) type contract. P2, P3 for all the buildings of the city of Longjumeau, which represents a total of 49 identified sites - isolated or for some including several buildings grouped on the same site (school groups, sports facilities, cultural facilities, housing, canteens ... etc.).

The city park represents about 63,000 square meters.

The CCAS park covers 3 fully electric autonomy residences: VMC and extractors (+ ecs for Chemin)
