The works consist of the development of 35 nº residential units, comprising of 1 nº single storey unit, of which there is one type, and 34 nº. 2 storey units, of which there are 3 types.

The site works will include the complete provision of infrastructural services, roads, footpaths etc to services the site, which is currently a greenfield site.

This is a 2 stage process of main works contractors for the construction of the works as described in the tender documents.

This first stage is the pre-qualification of contractors.

After completion of this stage, the successful contractors will be asked to tender for project.
