The assignment concerns the delivery of pre-dosed (per resident and per intake) medicines and parapharmaceutical products to the 3 residential care centers of Zorgbedrijf Sakura:

• Campus Lokeren:

162 residents in 6 departments of which 96 with RVT recognition and 5 with short stay recognition

WZC Ter Durme, Polderstraat 2, 9160 Lokeren

• Campus Eksaarde:

90 residents in 3 departments of which 56 with RVT recognition and 1 with short stay recognition

WZC Hof van Eksaarde, Eksaardedorp 88, 9160 Lokeren

• Moerbeke Campus:

70 residents in 3 departments of which 38 with RVT recognition and 3 with short stay recognition

WZC Ter Moere, Sportlaan 13, 9180 Moerbeke-Waas

This assignment also includes the supply of magistral preparations, tube feeding, infusion fluids, the construction and management of a medication stock for urgent management and the supply of pharmaceutical products for general use.

This order does not include the supply of care products (sterile and non-sterile) and supplementary foods.

The assignment aims at the performance as described in the technical provisions. The allocation is made to 1 tenderer.

All deliveries must be made strictly in accordance with the agreements with the residential care centers.
