The area of the Municipality is 98.5 km². The municipality is located next to the town of Toszek: Boguszyce, Ciochowice, Kotliszowice, Kotulin, Ligota Toszecka, Paczynka, Paczyna, Pawłowice, Pisarzowice, Płużniczka, Pniów, Proboszczowice, Sarnów, Wilkowiczki.
In the territory of the Municipality of Toszek as of 31.12.2021, the number of persons residing according to the declarations submitted was 7718. In the territory of the Municipality there are 1968 address points, including:
− 1865 points in single-family development — representing 94.77% of all address points,
− 103 points in multi-family development — representing 5.23% of all address points
These figures are estimates. The quantities set apply to people who have submitted declarations for the collection of municipal waste and are subject to change. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of properties operated in the scope of the collection of municipal waste. This change will not change the value of the order.
A slight decrease in population in 2022 is forecast.

construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste
The Contractor in the city of Toszek will create a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and equip it with appropriate containers and containers for the collection of the following waste:
paper and cardboard,
glassware
plastics, metals and multi-material packaging
Waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,
hazardous waste
Waste electrical and electronic equipment,
used batteries and rechargeable batteries,

construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste
Biodegradable waste
The subject of the contract includes loading, transport and management of waste received from residents of the Municipality of Toszek, with the fact that unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) intended for storage The Contractor is obliged to transfer to a municipal installation.
