The subject of the Order is:

1. in the Basic scope (Phase I) – development of project documentation under the project entitled: "Construction of the railway connection Krakow – Niepołomice" implemented under the Programme for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Railway + until 2029;

2. in the scope of the Right of Option (Phase II) – performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works under the project entitled: "Construction of the railway connection Krakow – Niepołomice" implemented under the Program for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Railway + until 2029.

The purpose of the contract performance is to provide the Contracting Authority, within the deadlines specified in the Material and Financial Schedule, with design documentation together with the opinions, arrangements, admissions, conditions, decisions necessary to carry out construction works and provide services provided for at the tender stage and at the stage of construction works required by law. The main results of the contract are to obtain:

1. program-spatial concept (KPP);

2. construction projects together with geotechnical, geological and engineering documentation;

3. materials necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions referred to in the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments, including m.in the project information sheet, the environmental recognition report, the environmental impact assessment report;

4. a set of materials necessary to obtain building permits together with obtaining the building permits themselves or a certificate of non-objection confirming the notification of the intention to perform construction works, including m.in.: reports on the project's impact on the environment as part of the reassessment of the environmental impact – if a reassessment of the environmental impact will be required. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that in the case of obtaining a decision on environmental conditions after conducting an environmental impact assessment, it is not possible to carry out works built in the notification procedure;

5. executive drafts;

6. tender materials necessary to select contractors for construction works (i.e. bill of quantities based on the KPR, Investor's cost estimate, STWiORB), PFU for the automation and telecommunications industry and participation in the tender procedure for the selection of the contractor by preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with answers to questions asked during the tender procedure for the award of a public contract for the implementation of construction works, until the conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of the Works and the necessary modifications of the documents produced resulting from these questions;

7. certification at the design stage;

8. performing author's supervision over the execution of works (the Ordering Party's right of option);

9. final building permits;

10. obtaining any deviations from the applicable regulations resulting from the design assumptions and other deviations resulting during the implementation of the project;

11. other documents necessary for the implementation of construction works - preparation of a geological survey program; - performing geological surveys of the subsoil in accordance with applicable regulations, including the Igo-1 instruction; - development of assumptions for the organization of railway traffic on sections of lines covered by the works; - preparation of descriptions of real estate taken over for construction purposes; - proof of payment for fees related to the issuance of relevant administrative decisions; - work chamfering projects and schedules.
