MANAGEMENT OF THE CREMATION SERVICE INCLUDING THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND ECONOMIC-FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE NEW CREMATORIUM OF LA SPEZIA.

This is a mixed contract, works and services (prevalent), to be awarded in a single concession, pursuant to art. 169 in conjunction with art. 30 of the Code. The main object of the concession, determined on the basis of the prevailing value derived from the Economic and Financial Plan (PEF) attached to the Promoter's proposal based on the tender, is given by the management of the cremation service (CPV 98371120-1). For the single concession, regardless of the value of the parts that compose it, art. 169, paragraph 6, of the Code. Pre-emption is provided in favor of the proposer.
