Compulsory membership for staff with "private" status

Optional membership for staff and retirees under "public" status

The purpose of this contract is to grant compensation in addition to the benefits paid by the basic social security scheme (in accordance with the rules applicable either by the general scheme or by the

local scheme) to employees under FPT status and to employees of the oph Habitat Drouais, to their spouse, cohabiting partner

or beneficiary of a PACS or their dependent children, when their state of health leads them to hire

medical, surgical or hospitalization expenses, within the limits of the guarantee amounts set out in the

tables below, and at most in that of the costs actually incurred by the beneficiaries. The benefits thus defined shall be deemed to be in addition to those paid by the basic social security scheme.
