The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a contract for the following services: Builders ombudsman, construction manager, project manager, building engineering project support, KP (Coordinator engineering design) and KU (Coordinator execution)
The contract is for the entire Klepp Municipality, but the largest part of assignments will be for the Property department which works with both new buildings, renovations, and alterations.
This contract includes:
- Builder Representative
- Construction Manager
- Project Manager
- Project support

The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will, in addition, have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on the same terms. The contracting authority can also extend the contract for a period less than 1 year, but not less than 6 months.
