The subject matter of this framework agreement is:
Further development and maintenance of the software
Creation or adaptation of software on the basis of a contract for work and services and maintenance after acceptance and/or further development and adaptation.
The subject of the project is the maintenance and further development of the software system Secure Access to Federated e-Justice / e-Government (SAFE) directory service including identity management and self-sufficient modules as a complete system.
The services form a factual, economic and legal unit. It is of essential importance for the client that the contractor further develops the functionality of the overall system agreed in this contract and takes all necessary steps for the maintenance and functionality of the overall system within the scope of maintenance.
The contractor is the general contractor responsible for the functionality of the overall system and is liable for the services of its subcontractors and its suppliers as for its own services.
consultation
Consulting and support services for the Secure Access to Federated e-Justice / e-Government (SAFE) software system for the introduction, installation and/or configuration of SAFE directory services as well as for the connection of applications that interact with SAFE directory services. The retrieval of consulting and support services takes place in the following cases, among others:
- Installation and configuration support for SAFE operators, both in cases of initial setup of SAFE directory services and in case of changes to the server configuration;
- Support in the design and implementation of the connection of applications to enable them to use a SAFE directory service as an identity management system;
- System instruction, such as conducting instructional workshops;
- Support in the fulfillment of obligations of the user or consumers towards third parties, for example in troubleshooting and error analysis.
The services are to be provided by the contractor for all current and future SAFE components.
The volume of the contract envisaged for this framework agreement shall be described as precisely as possible. However, the requirement is (possibly in some areas) not binding and conclusively determinable and thus only reflects an estimated order quantity and an expected call-off time for the provision of services. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that individual services may be called up in a different order of magnitude and/or a different period.
The following quantities are assumed during the term of the contract:
Total estimated purchase quantity:
3,400 person-days (PT) for further development and maintenance of the software
260 person-days (PT) for counselling
The estimated total purchase quantity is the expected quantity to be procured by the customer.
Maximum purchase quantity:
8,400 person-days (PT) for further development and maintenance of the software
860 person-days (PT) for counselling
The maximum purchase quantity is the maximum quantity to be obtained from this contract. The Customer shall be entitled to the delivery of the specified quantities, but no more than until the maximum purchase quantity has been reached, under the agreed conditions.
The aNs obligation to provide services in accordance with the contract for individual orders carried out during the contract period remains unaffected by the end of the contract.
