With this contract, the Municipality aims to cooperate in the protection of the environment and the protection of public health by reducing the waste of resources and the amount of urban waste produced, ensuring the cleaning of public land with a consequent improvement of urban decorum and this in compliance with Law 221 of 28/12/2015 – environmental related. The Contractor will contribute to the achievement of these objectives.

This is the contract for the assignment of the urban hygiene service of the municipality of Olgiate Comasco, which includes the collection and transport of waste to authorized plants, street cleaning services and ancillary services. See Art. 2 of the special conditions.
