RVO has been requested to prepare and collect all site data required for commercial

developers to prepare a competitive bid for a tender to win the permit to design, build and

exploit.

Commissioned by the Dutch Government several contracted enterprises (geophysical and

geotechnical contractors) will carry out the geophysical and geotechnical investigations

required to obtain the soil information at the offshore wind farms in the Netherlands. For this

tender, RVO requests the services of Client Offshore Representatives to be present at the

vessels or site of the geophysical and geotechnical site investigations in order to monitor the

services by the contractors

The Tendering Authority has estimated a maximum total contract value for lot 1 of EUR 260.000,- (exclusive of VAT)
