The scope consists of the purchase of licenses of a functionality for process support, document and records management (hereinafter: the Solution) and the process associated with the commissioning of the Solution. The House of Representatives sees the following components reflected in the scope:

2. Hiring

3. Training

4. Provision of services

The House of Representatives aims to conclude an Agreement with a (1) Contractor by means of the Tender Procedure. The Agreement has a term of four (4) years, with an optional extension of two (2) times twenty-four (24) months and is expected to take effect on July 1, 2023.
