The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Parciaki Forest District in the year 2021

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber to be carried out in the area of the Parciaki Forest District in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Package I — Forestry: Chorzele, Olszewka and services in the field of forest protection

3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber to be carried out in the area of the Parciaki Forest District in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 as updated by Decision No 101 of the DGLP of 16 September 2021 and Decision No 112 of the DGLP of 4 October 2021 as well as Decision 61 of the Director of the RDLP in Olsztyn dated 07.10.2021. Decisions on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the State Forests define a detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract. OSTWPL and R-OSTWPL will form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the components of the object of the procurement contained in Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard for the implementation of the OSTWPL forestry works) and Annex 4a (Regional description of the technology standard the implementation of forest works R-OSTWPL).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 and in Annex No 4a to the SWZ.

6. A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 and Annex 4a to the SWZ.

Package II — forestry: Budziska, Rupin and Budziska Nursery

3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order
