4.1. The contracting authority intends to purchase a solar power generation plant (solar power plant or part of a power plant in an already equipped solar park) with a capacity of 1450 kW (possible error of ±1 kW), its maintenance and maintenance services. The contracting authority provides for the assignment of the device to different objects, according to the scheme of a remote producing user.

The deadline for the transfer of the solar power plant (installation) to the contracting authority is 14 months from the date of entry into force of the contract. By mutual agreement of the parties, this period may be extended to 6 months.

The term of provision of service and maintenance services is 25 years from the date of transfer of the solar power plant - the signing of the acceptance act. The provision of services may be extended by agreement of the parties, the total term of such extensions may not exceed 5 years.
