Supply, installation and testing of a Theta-Theta powder X-ray diffractometer with accessories for reflection, transmission, SAXS low-angle scattering and grazing angle measurements (GIXRD) and reaction chamber in a controlled environment.

The object of the contract is the supply, installation and testing of a Theta-Theta X-ray diffractometer for powders that can be quickly configured, also through accessory components, to perform reflection, transmission, SAXS low-angle scattering measurements and grazing angle measurements (GIXRD). The instrument must also be equipped with a reaction chamber for measurements in reflection in a controlled and/or reactive gaseous atmosphere and with heating of the sample.

The instrumentation must be factory new and not reconditioned.
