The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the performance of maintenance works on flood embankments, which will consist in their mowing twice in 2023 in the basic (guaranteed) scope and in 2024 in the optional scope on the following Water Supervision of the Żywiec Catchment Board, divided into parts:
- Part 1: Double mowing of embankments in the area of Kęty Water Supervision;
- Part 2: Double mowing of embankments in the area of Wadowice Water Supervision;
Part 1: Twice mowing embankments in the area of Kęty Water Supervision;1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the performance of maintenance works on flood embankments, which will consist in their mowing twice in 2023 in the basic (guaranteed) scope and in 2024 in the optional scope on the following Water Supervision of the Żywiec Catchment Board, divided into parts:
- Part 1: Double mowing of embankments in the area of Kęty Water Supervision;
- Part 2: Double mowing of embankments in the area of Wadowice Water Supervision;
2. The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the subject of the contract for individual lots is specified in the documentation of the proceedings, including in particular the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2a - 2b to the SWZ, cost estimates constituting Annexes 3a - 3b to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
Those annexes contain quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract, which fulfils the conditions
Article 246(2) of the PPL.
