The subject of the order is the exercise of geological supervision and supervision of the task “Execution of the Bansk PGP-4 research and operation well to establish thermal water resources in the Eocene Numulite and Mesozoic works of the Native Podhale substrate in the mining area of Podhale 2”. The tasks of the Contractor will also include the development and approval of hydrogeological documentation for the investment in question.

The subject of the contract is subsidised by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management under priority program No 2.3.1 “Geology and Mining Part 1) Getting to know the geological construction of the country and the management of resources of mines and groundwater deposits.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Performing geological surveillance while carrying out any work

and the works specified in the Geological Works Project for the execution of the Bansk PGP-4 research and explotation well to establish thermal water resources in the 'Eocene Numulite and Mesozoic Podhale Substrates in the mining area 'Podhale 2', annex No 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter 'PRG', taking into account the necessary modifications resulting from actual geological and hydrogeological conditions and current results obtained during the execution of the geothermal hole until the actual and formal completion of the works, including the undertaking of measures aimed at protecting interests of the Ordering Party,

2) Performing round-the-clock geological surveillance in a multi-change continuous motion system during the execution of all works and works specified in the Geological Works Project for the execution of the Bańska PGP-4 research and explotation well in order to establish thermal water resources in the works 'Eocene numulite 'and Mesozoic non-Podhale substrates in the mining area 'Podhale 2' and resulting from modifications made by geological surveillance together with the transmission of geological and drilling supervisors all current information concerning the current situation in the hole, the development of daily reports documenting works, works, tests, measurements and tests, in accordance with the applicable regulations, until the actual and formal completion of works,

3) the development and approval of hydrogeological documentation taking into account the data provided by the drilling contractor, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Law of 9 June 2011 Geological and Mining Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1420 as amended) and implementing acts,
