The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from owners of real estate residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna, divided into 6 parts, in accordance with Annex 9 to the SWZ entitled description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from property owners residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna. This Part 1 includes the following fractions:

1.Mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount of about 1840 Mg (including 1090Mg Gmina Korzenna, 750 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna);

2. municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (ash) of code 20 03 99

in the amount of about 20 Mg (including 5 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 15 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna);

3. Construction and demolition waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 04 01, 17 04 02, 17 04 03, 17 04 04, 17 04 05, 17 04 06, 17 04 07, 17 04 11, 17 05 08, 17 06 04, 17 09 04 ex 20 03 99 collected (transferred) in bulk;

in the amount of about 50 Mg (including 10 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 40 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

4. Biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste (code 20 01 08) - biodegradable waste generated in the building in the amount of about 50 Mg (including 10 Mg Gmina Korzenna and 40 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

5. Green waste (code 20 02 01, 20 03 02) in the amount of about 45 Mg (including 5 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 40 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from property owners residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna. This part 2 covers the management of paper and cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste (Code 20 01 01, 15 01 01), in the amount of approximately 82 Mg (including 12 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 70 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from property owners residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna. This Part 3 covers:

Metal waste including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40)

in the amount of about 515 Mg (including 265 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 250 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from property owners residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna. This Part 4 includes: Glass packaging with code 15 01 07 in an amount of approximately 460 Mg (including 210 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 250 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from property owners residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna. This Part 5 includes the following fractions:

1.bulky waste with code 20 03 07 in the amount of about 340 Mg (including 140 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 200 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

2. Used tires with the code 16 01 03 collected (transferred) in bulk – in the amount of about 60 Mg (including 30 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 30 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna);

3. Waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 23* collected (transferred) in bulk in the amount of about 32 Mg (including 22 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 10 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

4. Textiles with code 20 01 11 * (clothing, tablecloths, curtains) in the amount of about 5 Mg (including 3 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 2 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna)

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal solid waste from property owners residing in the municipalities of Korzenna and Łososina Dolna. This Part 6 is divided into the following fractions:

1) Cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs with code 20 01 31 * in the amount of 0.04 (including 0.02 mg Gmina Korzenna, 0.02 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna);

2) Medicines other than those listed in 20 01 31* with code 20 01 32 in the amount of 0.20 (including 0.10 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 0.10 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna);

3) Hazardous waste generated in households (i.e. chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators and others) with codes: 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20.01 27*,20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 80, 20 01 25*,

in the amount of about 2.5 Mg (including 2.0 Mg Gmina Korzenna, 0.5 Mg Gmina Łososina Dolna).
