The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and implementation of the SKD access control system and the SSP fire alarm system for the needs of SKD at the Court of Appeal in Białystok.

The order includes the delivery of hardware components of the system and the performance of all works in accordance with the SWZ, the design documentation constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of the SKD access control system and the installation of the SSP fire alarm system for the needs of the SKD access control system at the Court of Appeal in Białystok, including:

1) implementation of the SKD access control system,

2) installation of the SSP fire alarm system for the needs of the SKD access control system.

The order includes the delivery of hardware components of the system and the performance of all works in accordance with the SWZ, the design documentation constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the following technical documentation:

1) an architectural and construction project;

2) technical designs: installation of the SKD access control system and installation of the SSP fire alarm system for the needs of the SKD access control system;

3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works;

4) bills of quantities, with the proviso that the bill of quantities is only auxiliary and does not affect the number of works and supplies and the type and amount of the agreed remuneration (lump sum remuneration),

5) Guidelines of the Ministry of Justice regarding technical security, constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
