The assignment consists of:
● Supplying and installing A-brand AV resources through the AV-as-a-Service concept for a fixed monthly fee for the entire contract period.
● Costs for installation, support & maintenance are included.
● Taking control of the existing AV resources or replacing the existing AV resources taking into account a residual and trade-in value.
● At the end of the period of use, the equipment is automatically replaced and reused or disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
● Other necessities necessary for the correct functioning of the AV resources.
